DRAE. ALL THE ROCKS HAVE ORE!!! Even if you can't see it, if you break the rock, you will find ores. You're missing out on so much Gold. Also, spend like 5k on the most expensive hilt decoration, on pilearms adn spears it makes a HUGE difference, It is infinite, and it pays for utself in no time.

I don't think that's true. I started out breaking all rocks, but only maybe once did I get ore out of a rock you couldn't actively see it in.

@@drae fun tip, you can stick your head inside some of the rocks to see what's inside 🤣 only a few of the rocks are at the right level but just try walking into the ones at head level

27:30 so if you look closely at the top left when you inspect the weapon, you'll see you actually made a short sword, not a 1h sword. I don't think she wants a specific cut rate, as long as its a positive number. Final pro tip: when curving the blade, you can get a cut bonus of up to 33% maximum, then the shape penalty will start to reduce it. There are several ways to get 33% but my favorite is to leave the tip in line with the handle and move the middle 2 dots to the center, one directly above the other and spaced 2 squares apart. I think it looks cool like that, but you can experiment to see what you like.

He did it like 2 or 3 times in a row in the one episode. They wanted a short sword I think and he made daggers instead and then was confused as to why they didn’t want any of them and denied the customer.

One thing I've noticed is that he will get it to the right kind of sword, but adding the tip of the blade puts it over into the next category.

For the softer ores, you should hammer all the sections close to finish, and if necessary, wait a bit for it to cool down more, so you can do the precise final taps and get 99% on everything.

I will usually hammer all the sections to about 90+ and when the blade cools down to under 300 you can fine tap to 99%

And for assembly do 2 full size large smacks realize right click to cancel means you have it too large for swing 3 where you hope to over do it by a touch because if it’s not tight it isn’t right and if you are at 99% you can’t sell that needs to be tight so you don’t think fast mouse tap but light mouse tap like barely click it still quickly but you can get 99% red everytime and it’ll count as 100%

6:52 oh I probably should have given you this tip sooner, but you can pick up the lanters and carry them around. The ones in your shop, and the one on your mining cart, so you can see when you go to the mines at night.

Hey Drae, i just finish playing the game and I have some tips. 1 - The perfect temperature for quenching is around 530-535 celsius, but if you keep the blade at a max of 550 it is still pretty easy to get a perfect quench every time. 2 - The amount in percent that each hammering does goes down with the temperature, so for fragile metals like khanka is best to give big swings along the whole blade, and when it cools down a bit you go back making more presice ones. 3 - Slaves are very good, but it takes a while for then to get experience, I recommend putting the first one on mining, and when you buy the second one put then on smithing, to get experience make then produce a dagger out of a cheap metal, like khanka, the only problem is that no matter the handle size they always use a full piece of wood, so keep an eye on that. 4 - The difficult of assembling and the difference on the value because of the hilt decoration are related with the size of the hilt, but the changes in value are very small. 5 - The value that you can sell a weapon is related with the kind and the amount of ore you use and a bit on the quality, while the gain in reputation is related to the quality and how much you are selling it for, so if you want to make money fast, make a bunch of heavy weapons out of gold (maces are pretty heavy and fast to produce), but if you want to gain reputation, make small daggers out of khanka, and sell then for 0% profitability (give then for free). 6 - The mining area refreshes every time that you exit and comes back, so if you have patience you can fill up with any ore that you need. Combining that with the fact that time doesn`t advance until you finish quests, you can make a lot of weapons on a single day and sell then all on the next one. I've been enjoying the series a lot and I hope that you keep playing, the story is still gonna get a lot crazier and a lot funnier, I am really excited to see your reactions.

Power tip. If you switch to your tongs without dropping the hot pot. It freezes the ore quality and temperature. This allows you to poor multiple pommel or bars and guards in one go. Cheers, love this game, and I can't wait to see what you do

Red 99 is actually 100%. If the metal moves to easy why it’s hot then cool it off a little bit and it will be easier to hit the Red 99. Everyone you talk to that request a unique blade will make your green bar go up when you complete their order so if you let then stand at your desk and continue to work on random blades and build up your coins. There is so much more that you are skimming over but that would be a lot to write lol love your videos and please keep them coming

hey Drae, just a tip about handle wraps. The value doesn't vary with blade type or metal, but rather the length of the handle. I'd recommend buying Black Barathan Skin (highest value wrap) and just putting it on everything. it only makes a small difference with small handles like on maces or daggers, but if you wrap a max length handle, it'll pay you back even more than the wood underneath it was worth every time. Wraps are entirely infinite, so you'll never have to buy it again.

Drae, you can increase the ore you can have in inventory will a skill, and while mining you can use the skill page to show you what you can still mine because it shows your inventory.

Hey Drea, so you inspired me to buy this game, so I wanted to let you know somethings I noticed while playing that might be really helpful. There can be 0-3 ores in each rock mined. In the far right side of the skill tree, it's more expensive, but you can up the amount of shoppers and the amount of ore you can have at once (it will only give you 5 at a time, but replenish as you use them). If you buy all the weapon racks, you have 15 sell spots and 20 holding slots. And finally, the mine refreshes each time you leave and come back, meaning that in one night (off screen if you'd prefer) you could fully stock up on almost all ores and coal.

Drae just a couple of tips that will make your life better in this game: 1. Focus your main ore only on making the Blade/Head of your weapons. 2. Use Gold or the gold-mixed ore for pommels and guards. The main ore for the blade determines the weapon stats, while the pommel and guard material will increase the overall price so your blades become worth all the effort. 3. Lie to Ranophel (the guy that loaned you money), but remember to vote for Saguna (the inn lady) when the Guild Election happens. When Saguna wins, she will declare your debt paid in full. 4. Once the metal parts cool down to 250 degrees below, your quickest tap hammer strikes will do 1 point per hit, making 99%'s easier. 5. You can leave un-quenched blades at the heating forge for later finishing/use. 6. The unfinished blades will be moved on top of the small box near the ore stand for safekeeping. 7. You can reheat cooled parts later as long as you have not quenched them in any way yet. Leaving them at the heating forge is fine.

Down there in the mines where you can find gold is also Maroka ore which is as expensive as gold is more durable and has overall better stats. Its really good to mine it too

So when it comes to soft metals like Loha, gold, or anything else that gives a lot of percent per hit, you want it to cool down a little. The colder the blade, the less percent you'll get per hit. So what I usually do and what you can do as well is let it cool down some first so you can get it to 99% with out the risk of going over. You will have to heat them back up though but with a little messing around you'll get the hang of it!

remember that the potion in the quenching barrel lasts until you go to sleep. So if you want to make the expensive potion make its worth back you need to make more then 2 weapons on each pour

You want 2 slaves, one to craft and one to mine. They will learn and get the weapons to 100%. Then you have one making golden weapons and one mining gold. You can sell them for a ton of money each and spend all your time messing around...

use moraka i made a sword worth 20k plus you can make maces really quickly that sell for 10k also you dont have to make sure you put lightning on in the designing book that just shows you the buffs youll get and your gonna NEED those blade upgrades like the northern blades and pommels

You can mix and match what material the piece of the blade is, so you could have a golden blade and a silver pommel etc it helps if you don’t have enough of a resource to make it fully from one ore

add many ores at firs (gold or the green one) and add potions and make dagers or mace also first make all the melting and framing and then heat it to make it all at once and do many things at once also do like 3+ at once to make most money and make it at 5% as you need stock and money but if at 10% its more like keeping up to pace and make atleast 5 a night to make money enough. also go to mine one to 2 days at once as it makes it give you a lot of ores and you will be able to drain it all
