Eric: if I queenside castle my opponent can sac the rook and then pin my queen to my king Me: can't remember which square the king will land on after castling queenside

Close before the end Eric had finally a winning position. After 36..d4 a simple queen trade followed by Rd6 was winning. But 7.f4 is too slow in the Cochrane. You should not allow black to castle by hand. After 7.Bc4 white has full comp for the piece.

Ernie Farrell yeah but after Bx you might be slightly worse with white. Bc5 looks too risky for black after f7, the knight goes g3 f5 h6 and wins

I would say Eric. Eric became a GM at around 2011/2012, whereas Aman only became an IM in 2013. He became a GM a bit more recently in 2018. Plus Eric is higher rated in each time format generally by like a few 100s of points.

When black played Bg5 eric had 17 seconds to 39 seconds, which is enough to get some threats and have a chance to flag the opponent. but he spent 8 seconds just to go Rf2. Those 8 seconds lost him the game, without an increment there's no coming back from that.

I met yesterday eric in ottawa, he was driving a lamborghini aventador and i asked him an autograph for me, he immediately replied “are you atleast a tier 3 twitch sub?” and as soon i said “unfortunately no because i watch pretty much chessbrah on youtu...” and i didn’t even finished my sentenced that he smoked me running away with his lambo...
