Using Ansible as a deployment option to create OpenSCAP compliance policy in Red Hat Satellite 6

Don't take this RHCSA exam. I took RHCSA exam, completed most of the tasks and I was sure I will pass it. but three hour after taking exam, they notified me that I failed exam, The reason was that the my exam servers was not able to reboot. However, I rebooted my exam servers at the end of the test to confirm my servers is rebooting well and it worked and then i submitted it. So when I asked Redhat support for this issue, They are not trying to solve my inquiry. They are just trying to close my case with nonsense answer and closed my case without notice. I don't think There's proper process in Redhat support team. They are just taking salary with no working.
