If you are using assets can you use a tax assement or do you need a homr appraisal???

Hello question please., if using the house as an asset what kind of document should be submitted to prove that you have a house..or if using 401k or retirement or anything else..what kind of documents to submit for them, than you

Thank you so much. Question: for I-134 (for K-1 visa), if I already meet/exceed the income threshold, can I also skip the asset info as I do not need to use any assets to make up any income gap (just like the I-864 situation you explained here)? Again, thanks for your great videos.

Hello, in regards to putting your house as an asset. Do I need to get a certified appraiser to calculate the value of the house or can I use my tax assessment? I’m getting conflicting answers.

@@rchen404I hear you. I actually wouldn't mind paying for a consultation if they actually gave valuable information and direction but It seems some don't even do that and instead tell you just as much as needed to get you to hire them for a full service

What if you don’t have a job? My wife is the sponsor for me and we are looking to move to US together, at the moment we are living in Canada however we are travelling to Europe for a few months till my US application is in its final days...just assets would be enough considering it is 3 times the required amount? or should i look at co-sponsor? or should she get a job in the US during the NVC form filling stage for I864?
