The answer is yes. After the project is complete, you can archive it. At that point, it becomes the project record and can be downloaded.

Automatic check-ins actually sound like a creepy control-freak tool. Please don't do that to your employees or "team", it just reveals lack of trust in them or poor communication skills. If you want to know something from somebody, just personally ask them, just like a normal person. Very informative video nevertheless.
