Using Binoculars to range targets in ARMA

Grab your binoculars and a calculator. We are going old school in this one! We look at how to use standard ARMA binoculars to range enemy targets or positions. Not only infantry, but vehicles and buildings as well. This will be used throughout our training map and campaign missions. Please feel free to ask questions, or pause and try it yourself. What you are showing isn't the normal standard Arma 3 binoculars. It's the ACE mod binoculars. Vanila Arma 3 binoculars only has a horizontal line with a small thicker vertical mark. For which I cannot imagine it's use.

if you can estimate altitude iand theyre higher than you add the difference in elevation to your distance and if theyre below you subtracted the difference

is much more easier use, millimeters to calculate. thank for the turorial.
