if you can estimate altitude iand theyre higher than you add the difference in elevation to your distance and if theyre below you subtracted the difference

What you are showing isn't the normal standard Arma 3 binoculars. It's the ACE mod binoculars. Vanila Arma 3 binoculars only has a horizontal line with a small thicker vertical mark. For which I cannot imagine it's use.
