I retwist my own and my son’s but clip placement was a struggle. After watching your video I confident in clip placement and you’ve inspired me to breakout the old manikin and practice instant locs and retwist. Blessings Queen for being so kind to share your knowledge 🙌

Just God bless you for this info even the internet who found this with my keywords. ps I am losing much hair , is very disturbing reasons multiple but clipping I think would help by keep what is remaining by reducing weight pull as it is regrowing. . I don’t understand why anyone puts white product in their locs . I’m going on two weeks after my third retwist and I untwisted a loc and I can STILL see the white product my stylist put in my hair smh I’m pissed! I probably will be retwisting my own here for now on . This is my second set.

I just started trying to retwist my own and I'm struggling. I definitely was clipping mines too close to my scalp because my locs are kinda chunky. I tried the palm roll as well but I'm getting really discouraged because they're still frizzy and are unraveling.

Thank you... I just started my loc journey 8/4/21. I did my first wash and retwist. I did great, I just have to work on my clip placement. My roots unraveled quickly. I just used water and oil. I don't want want product build-up. Any tips/tricks??

Thank you for proving beeswax don’t hurt locs ! It’s usually when people use too much product on top of products and don’t keep their hair clean is where the build up starts and also not properly drying their hair
