Thanks for sharing. I can think of 2 cool application. 1) a corded drill cable where the "pins" would be the drill handle and the mains socket.2) more complicated but also more spectacular, download a low poly woman, create a skirt for her with pins at her belt loops, her body as a colider, and then turn on the wind

Thanks for the video, just found out about this tool and has helped so much Was modeling some scaffolding and wanted to add the Mesh/Fabric they sometimes put on the outside and first tried using the sandbox tools and wasn't happy with the outcome. Used this and it looks so much better.

BRILLIANT! Now watch me try this and mess it up! ;) And no simple grid in the extension I downloaded, just adaptive, quadrilateral, and equilateral grid options. Maybe in the licensed version? I would like to make sure that I can indeed do this adequately before purchasing though, so will draw my own grid for now. THANKS Justin!

Hello! I have a question: Can clothworks make a tablecloth using a rectangle with rounded corners? When I try to use a rectangle with rounded corners it gives an error: "Must be a quadrilateral..." I want to use rounder corners because the overhang on the corners creates a point that drapes longer than the drape along the sides of the table. If the corners are rounded the cloth should drape evenly around the corner of the table. Any suggestions?

ClothWorks is a great extension but it does not do cantenary correctly which requires a different algorithm. Sebastien's suggestion for Ropefall is a better choice for rope and wire.

wondering if this could be used for upholstery work to generate templates for cutting fabrics and leathers to shape. One would have to render in clothworks and then trim to a frame (collider) and then trim to fit (a real world process called "tailoring") and then when it is undraped, see the flat cuts required. this would be exactly what I'm looking for, not sure if it's possible.

Yes I did have a license but for obscur reasons it doesn’t work anymore. But I redowload the license and erase the one I get and reassigned the “new” one …and it is working
