What's the difference between deco foil specialty transfer sheets and just deco foil transfer sheets please?

Will this survive a washer/dryer? Is cotton, or cotton / poly blend better?

Hi Judy! Thank you for demoing this....on the second one (organza)--the foil was placed face down. On the first and third you had the foil facing up. Is there a reason for this? the foil on the organza didn't take as well (wet glue)--I am so fascinated why you did this one differently! Thank you for expanding my art world!

Foil always color side up that could be why I had a problem

Wrong side!!!! Nothing to do with glue not being dry!
