Bell vouchers are bought for 500 nook miles and nmt are bought for 2000, bell vouchers sell for 3000 each, times that by four to spend 2000 nook miles, sell them and u get 12000, aka a bigger profit than selling nmt, I know that the person who commented this didn't know, but I'm trying to help if people are having difficulty getting bells. (Also, I may be wrong because I'm going off memory of prices and did math in my head, if you think I miscalculated, please point it out so people can spend their nook miles more efficiently.

Even if you go onto a mystery island and destroy it, you might still have a chance of gaining more bells than selling bell vouchers. Even though if you don't have the time for it, just sell bell vouchers.

This and the fishing tourney are basically the only times where I play all day. For money. Get lots of nets or fishing rods, flimsy or not. And just go around catching stuff. You can also sell the rewards, so if you want. You can get duplicates and sell them. The best ways to make money are quite simple. I also get multiple butterfly models made when flick is just around (I really only want the butterflies) and sell those too
