This is my first time seeing your vids. Great way to save lots of money! Those little flashlights will work for hours and hours. I've been doing same thing for years.

Most laptop or portable dvd players, etc. power packs I have access to are generally completely.....wont even hold a charge......dead. is there a way to recondition certain battery modules? Nobody I know has any interest in giving me something like a laptop battery pack that still, for the most part, works. Great video, hope all is going well.

[Ugh... Sorry, another lost response] My comment was two fold. First, I have found that most packs identified as dead simply do not work for their given purpose. But if the pack is made up of multiple batteries/cells then often only one or two of the cells has gone bad but the rest can be recharged and used individually. Second, I have seen claims made about reconditioning batteries to bring them back to life but I do not have any direct experience with that. In my experience, if I can't get a cell to hold a charge then I am not able to safely get it back in working order. I have tried but the charge process results in a battery or charger (or both) getting very hot. Thank you so much for your continued viewership and commentary. I really do appreciate it and look forward to your feedback!
