Our Story:
We are five years into a seven year effort of transforming 20 acres of "Piney Grove" in Northwest Florida into our dream homestead/mini farm to be filled with animals and joy. We plan to have a variety of miniature critters on our pastures, raise free-range chickens, grow fish in our pond, garden, plant fruit and nut trees, and harvest wild game. Our goal is to escape the stresses of corporate life and embrace all that country living has to offer as we enter the next chapter of our lives. Follow along on our journey!

@@PineyGroveHomestead thats for sure! a friend of mine asked me one time why i dug up a section of his driveway in stead of filling in pot holes! i exsplained that if you just fill them in they just wash away! i was never able to finish the whole driveway but the section i did never washed out!

@@ocho27hd Float just allows the weight of the loader to do the grading. There is no down pressure from the weight of the tractor in float mode. When I grade, I like to rotate my bucket down and put the tractor weight on the bucket as I back drag and grade. You'll see my front tires come off the ground sometimes....you can't do that in float mode.
