You're becoming more and more famous Tash. I read a comment on someone using the foam pad technique to warm it and impress designs into it, and the person making the comment said that you had made a fabulous KZbin about the same thing. WOW. This is yet another stunning card using another fun background created by something simple that you found. Amazing.

Love seeing your little helpers hands, so darn cute. I’ve found some really great stuff that was just either packaging, or just something being saved from the landfill. The other day, my roommate had bought some cute outfits for his niece and nephew, and just tossed the “trash” away. Later I went to empty my little craft trash can, and seen the prettiest piece of a wrapper he had thrown out. It was just like cardstock, with pretty foiled butterflies on it. I removed it and took it to him and held it up. I said, “what kind of a card maker are you?”, in a very serious tone, I then told him that I was sooooo disappointed in him, lol. I bet he’ll be more careful next time. Lol!

I own the magnet one and LOVE it. It’s great for people with limited work space because you can open it up and lay the top right into the bottom half and ink your stamp and the magnets catch and align everything perfectly every time and are nice and strong and i love the spring loaded mechanism on it it’s absolutely perfect much nicer than a misti in my opinion

You know I had to click on the big purple card! I love this technique with the foam stuff. I just unwrapped some pan pastel sponges and applicators tonight that were wrapped in that, and of course I kept it. Now I know what I'm going to do with it! But you did almost break my heart when you took all the purple off the flower LOL. It looks good the way you did it.

I have used the netting type material that comes around bouquets of flowers. Placed the netting straight on to my card front and modge podge over the top then leave to dry. Makes an interesting/unusual background. My friends and family keep it for me too. Comes in some great colours too.
