What I need to do?

Hi Alessandro! If it is a CDS based Query you can use the app "Custom Fields and Logic" to create the custom field and define the scenario where this field can be enabled/visible. Once done, you could use the same procedure described here to display the field in a multidimensional report. If it is a traditional BEX query, you can use BEX Query Designer: www.tutorialspoint.com/sap_bex/sap_bex_query_designer.htm
