I should have added that you want to set your x and y zero to center of stock, not the lower left as I have it in the video.

Gsender has the creation of surfacing Toolpaths directly in the tool. It is free. It is the Goode sender. I highly recommend using Gsender.

Yes. There are definitely other solutions to do this. This video was made to answer a specific question from someone who wanted to use carbide Create to do a raster toolpath surfacing operation in that software.

Can this be done in carbide create? I've been trying because I have many live edge pieces I want to start using. I've tried drawing contoured rectangles with no luck.

You could draw a line and use the array tool and space the rows .5” (or whatever stepover you want) apart. The only difference is you won’t be able to join the ends.

@@lorigallion2091 yeah I've been trying to draw rectangles and circles and then boolean them to get close to what I want
