Clausewitz is history, not up to date. Like Sigmund Freud ( I'm a Neurologist and Psychiatrist ) . Except it was not an ICBM. That is the Kiev communique. It was one of the new family of hypersonic missiles which Russia has developed. The missile is called Oreshnik (Hazel in English) and was tested without a payload as a demonstration. It travels at mach 10. The missile carries six different ogives of six warheads each, so 36 separated warheads in total. Pres Putin announced this afternoon, Moscow time, that Russia would issue a warning before it used launched the missile full armed and loaded. Oreshni is capable of carrying conventional and nuclear warheads.

The US-NATO badly calculated this war against Russia. In all truth, Ukraine had everything it needed to fight this war. Russia and Ukraine started out with the same type of equipment, generally Soviet weapons. The Russians were slow, and careful, but Ukraine was reckless, careless, and fancy, as if they were making a Hollywood movie, and it cost them. From start to finish, the Ukrainian government and its forces were poorly managed, and badly directed by US-NATO command.
