I've always been open about my mental health, I have nearly ended up in a mental health hospital more than 3 times. I always used to tell dave off for not seeing someone or speaking about his mental health, I'm sure dave remembers me moaning at him well, trust me I bored him with my moaning about my mental health. Glad to see dave does not shy away from his mental heath these days.

Hi Dave, Iv'e been watching your channel for a while and I enjoyed the content so I subscribed. The fairground rides and the banter with your mates was really funny! People change and our interests change over time and as we all get older so I dont mind seeing different content from when you or anyone else started their channels. I think the bike rides and camping is a fantastic way to keep yourself fit and take your mind off the stresses of life that can affect our mental health so I think you have a great vlog that myself and many of us can connect with.

Loving these well-being vlogs. The great thing is that the good vibes are working on your viewers as well - much appreciated. The drone footage worked really well - and the interspersed “behind the scenes” shots make it nicely human. And, for some reason, the sequences where you’re making a coffee are 👌. Enjoy the camping!

Great to see the filming locations, I really like the Dorset, and Hampshire countryside great for walks cycling and camping. Years back Dave on a hot summers day blue skies all around I walked the Portland Bill clifftop trail ended up by some RAF place up there, the coastline and sea views were incredible really cleared my head. Absolutely love Cornwall too the countryside meets the coast, always my favourite place to relax and reset. Hope the camping trip went well, keep making those memories and getting outside especially whilst the weather's great 👍

I think all men should never be ashamed of talking about their mental health, you should feel proud that you are gonna be a voice for men ❤ Back when I could cycle i would go for a ride and sit down the Beach by the water, it helps so much

I often do the river walk from eastleigh to Winchester. It passes through Shawford too. Lovely walk, not done it in awhile now.

Yeah we've done that, it's beautiful. We often stop at the pub. Trouble is from Winchester to Shawford it's so tight and a lot of walkers so tend not to cycle that route.

Great work mate. Glad you weren’t injured from the bike slip up! I am working on something similar ish to do with drones & FPV, just taking me a while balancing stuff and putting it together. It’s all relevant, if you’re doing things you enjoy outside in the fresh air, it will have a similar effect. Plus with what you’re doing, like you say, it’s the bonus of exercise as well.

It's really hot in London mate, I would love to go out but my new neighbour is always outside which is causing my Anxiety to constantly flare up, hopefully one day I'll be able to I'm dreading tomorrow when I have to go shopping I normally just pop down to the cemetery and visit the graves. Mental health is the worse thing to have wish I had the courage to battle it out it always stems from a younger age I found If my family was different towards me maybe I wouldn't have never had this plus being in foster care that was the biggest struggle I had. But it's true going out cycling and e-scooting it defiantly improves your mental health.

10:33 That's defiantly how I've been all my life mate, my brother would have so many friends always socialising with everyone. I've always found it hard to socialise because I keep earbuds in with noise cancelling so I block out the outside world soon as I get that fear of leaving my home I feel better after it, it's just the dreaded fear of coming back.

well, Some people can't manage a normal bike.. I have back problems and many people need some assistance, Think E-Bikes are a great option for the less mobile people to still get out and about.
