Also, if you're glitching, you should sneak and blockhit the air and it should stop the glitching. If that doesn't work, sneak and blockhit against a block. It resets the watchdog and this glitch has existed since bedwars was introduced (literally). If you do this, you also get to hack for ~5 secs, so there's that...
