Using NI Battery inside Drum Racks

Very useful hint with the I/O > Receive All setting. Is there a way to assign each sound in Battery's kits to corresponding cells in Drum Rack? I want to take advantage of Live's MIDI editing capabilities. Cheers.

Any idea how to get the pad colors working? It says I can't color empty drum rack slots.. but they ain't technically "empty". Or is the only workaround to add dummy samples?

I get to the point where I drop Battery into the drum rack... but then I can't hear it when I trigger the track. Any helpful ideas? Other tracks play fine. Midi is arriving unobstructed... I'm stuck

oddly enough... my rack, as it was initialized, was turned off. So once I "powered" on the rack (little button upper left of the rack) all was good.
