How I can fix error : Not enough memory to open 3D volume data

Hi there, Thank you for reaching out. To solve this problem, please make sure that you are using an up-to-date version of the Planmeca Romexis Viewer software. The memory processing has been enhanced in the newer versions compared to older ones. You can download the newest version on our website: www.planmeca.com/software/free-image-viewer If you are already using the latest version, another potential cause for this error might be the memory of your computer/device. Romexis Viewer automatically detects the available memory on startup. If it finds that there is not enough free RAM to open the image, this message appears. CBCT images from a Planmeca device can be of high resolution and file size, depending on the imaging parameters used. Therefore especially high resolution images, such as images captured with endo mode (75um) or large FOV images, require more memory. Unfortunately it is not technically possibly to show such images with less memory without degrading image quality. Please make sure to close any other programmes that might be using RAM at the same time, this might help to startup Romexis Viewer.
