Could you please opst the SQLDF post processing code? Also the table you showed after post processing with sqldf is showing columsn Drug D and Drug F which were not invluded in the reference leprosy dataset. Can you please explain? Aslo where did the dataframe ancova02 referenced in the descr01 code come from? Is there a github where I can look at the raw code for this analysis? There seems to be a smattering of different sniets of code here that prevents anyone from actually following this blog. Hoping that this comment helps clean things up a bit. Thanks, Michael

This is a great tutorial, but i tend to think tables generated by sas looks good unlike in R.#just thoughts
