Based on a conversation in the community for the game, it wasn't removed for copyright issues, but for being made with a publisher (yeah, the publisher, not the developer) that's been banned from Steam. If I had to guess, the second upload may've been removed for copyright issues, but not the original page. Two ideas behind the copyright issue theory: either a fan uploaded the second version or the developers uploaded the second version without the involvement of the publisher who then issued a copyright takedown because the publisher owns the copyright. It looks like the game will stay down unless the developer can take the game and find a new publisher or self-publish. Losing access to Steam has to be a severe hit to the publisher's finances, so for the sake of the game and the developer, let's hope the publisher takes a quick deal. As for stolen assets or code, it's worth noting the issues arose not long after Steam's new AI policies. While this game itself might not have AI assets, stolen assets, stolen code, or other such unscrupulous business or design choices, the publisher had plenty of titles under their belt. If even one of those titles was made using AI, that's enough to get the entire publisher booted off Steam for good.

The speed stat does not effect the stamina recovery or the stamina limit

@@Toyman2K12 But speed stat affects how quickly you travel. Boost is something that costs stamina and increases your travel speed. So the faster you are, the less you need to boost to reach your destination. Hence speed doesn't affect stamina recovery or limit but does affect how much stamina you spend getting from one location to another.
