I need an iPad version. Why are Brother so behind in doing this? I want to be able to sit on a train or a park bench using my ipad and be able to access the font available on my ipad. This is not possible using the browser version on my ipad. Only on my desktop - which isn't very portable is it. I have sat here for hours trying to work this out and come to the conclusion that I just quit. Anyone know another way?

I have cricut expression and brother scanNcut 350.. Heres my question and hopefully I know how to word it for it to make sense. I want to make a mural for my daughters wall.. Say I wanted to make one large very long branch, can I start the cut, once it fills the page press stop, add a new sheet of vinyl & press start (will it start cutting where it left off or will it start all over?

Did I miss the part on how you got the loops back in your "e" after you welded it together? I did my name, Natalie, and when I welded it lost the loops in both "a's" and the "e".

This is my husbands account as I don’t know how to change it , I’m Sharon by the way , I’ve had my cm900 about 8 months and I have all my designs I buy on my iPad , I also bought fonts but they would never work , well my son gave me his laptop and I watched this video and now all my fonts that I bought are there and 100s more besides and I even learnt to transport them to canvas work space I can’t believe it , as I’m that bad with the laptop I kept trying to press the screen to do what I needed to do because I’m that used to my iPad haha , but thank you so much for this video it helped me massively xx

Thanks for all the tutorials! I just got my machine 3 days ago. I was wondering if you know how to correct the tracing feature somehow in canvas (maybe you've already done a video on this that you could direct me to). I do all my designing in photoshop, but each time I go to convert my files in canvas by tracing, the program outlines pretty much everything except the font. The font converter is cool and all, but if I've created a total design already, there isn't much that I need that font converter for. Do you know of any solution for that? Perhaps I'm just doing it wrong?

Hi Julie, great video but for the life of me, I can't get the centers of letters such as e, a, k etc to be cut out. I thought I followed your tutorial to the letter but I'm always left with a solid 'e' or 'a'. I hope you can help because I've been sitting here for a couple of hours and it's driving me crazy.

Julia what I’m trying to figure out with my scan n cut I want to scan the three pattern pieces for the Olson mask and save as a svg file so I can use my machine to cut pieces for me. Hi Julie, you make the problem with the letter E look so easy but I have tried over and over to do the same thing and each time I weld it removes the centre. I keep rewinding your video and replaying to no avail. Help please.

Could I write out the alphabet on my own style font on one piece of paper, scan it, save it, then use random letters I need or would I have to scan like A, then B, then C, ect.. Can I scan ABC, ect all at once & then on the mat spell out the name I want, like edit out the letters I don't need.. Ect? Does that make sense?

I'd like to know how you get the same canvas you are using. I previously asked and was told go online to brother.com to activate my machine and get the canvas there. I did as you instructed, but still cannot find the canvas you are using. My version of snc canvas is just simple, I can't do any tasks you are doing. My canvas doesn't even look like your canvas. Hi There, Go to the 'Using ScanNCut Type Coverter' tutorial on youtube by Julie Fei-fan Balzer. At the 4 minutes and 55 seconds point of the presentation, she shows you very briefly (blink and you'll miss it) how to do what you are asking. Hit the download button. A dialogue window will open with two icons. Click on the wireless transfer (the icon on the right) and you are there! I'm on a learning curve too. Just bought a scanncut CM 350. I want to put a whole slogan onto the scan n cut, but do I have to do every word separately - as you have only shown one word, but that is pretty useless if we want to do more than one word or even three words at a time. Please help. I am using a CM 900 and also CM300 (I am in Scotland)

Has anyone been having any issues with the canvas site? It constantly locks up and says brother is not responding and it takes forever for it to complete an action when editing a project. I thought it was my computer so I had a tech check it out and he said it was a website error not my computer. I have noticed at certain times of the day it is worse. Brother Crafts USA im so frustrated.. I figured out how to unzip what I need but now I can't get it to transfer to the canvas.. I went on a free font site my scan n cut group told me about. I downloaded a couple fonts, unzipped them but when i open them its just a bunch of nonsense in the font that I chose.. Like "the brown fox jumped over the" then a bunch of random letters.. It don't give me an option to type my own words out.. Im so bummed. I really thought when I got this scanNcut 350 that id be able to figure all this stuff out & figured the only thing id have issues with would be just learning what settings and blade depth id need....but no! Ugh! I wish I knew someone personally & locally that could walk me through this

Your video is helpful, but you did not show the process of getting the inner cut or your letter E back. That's where I'm having the problem, all the inner cuts of the letters disappear. You say it's an easy fix but never say how to fix it.

I wish brother would make a wireless adapter for the older models . I don't have the finances to permit me to spend 500$ on a machine that was promised to never become obsolete and turn around and spend another 650$ a year and a half later to buy a new one. They also made the price point on the lesser models so low that no one would buy the original one used. Not happy

Please redo another and actually slow down, show slowly where to click and why before moving on. I need to know this but I'm so confused.
