Using Shortcodes With The Events Calendar

Shortcodes give you the ability to embed full calendar views in places other than the main calendar page. The use of shortcodes is available in Events Calendar Pro, and we go over a few different ways to use them in this video. If you have a post or page on your site where shortcodes can be used, you can embed customized full calendar views there!

is there any chance that the member can manage his own event?, create events for the calendar from within their account when they log into the site. Not the wordpress login, this should be in the "My Account" Page.?

Callendar version of events is not shown at all, on documentation there is just raw picture no live demo, and no live example anywhere :/

What variable can I use to have the add to calendar button show. I have {content:unfiltered: variable in my shortcode but I need to display the Add to Calendar button as well. Please help.

How about all the other navigation in plugin .. if I make page with shortcode, but all other links (All Events i.e.) is still pointing to the events slug, which is notr what i wanted, when i make my page with shortcode. Thank you

How can we see a dashboard of how many events posted by that particular user?

Great option, but how about recurring events? They all have the same id. What if I want to use the shortcode for just one out of a series of events?

Well, you can't edit an event in a series without breaking it out of that series anyways. And once you do that, the event gets it's own unique ID. So if you were to say, add a ticket to an event within a series, that would break that event out of the series, and it would get a unique ID and you could then use that ID to embed that event's ticket somewhere else. The next major update (The Events Calendar 6.0) is going to include an entirely new Recurring Events feature that I believe will help alleviate some of these kinds of painpoints.
