AIm what are sky?. Is program part of Starlink or third party. How do you aim?

Hello and many thanks for your help. Today I did the test, in my area, where smartphone telephony, wimax, FWA do not reach zero on everything. Starlink returned me hurdles for 1.78% what do you say is it good?

That should be good enough as it is 98.22% clear. But that will mean some very brief outages though, very brief
