Hi Senko Skipper, just wanted to let you and your wife know that we appreciate the family/kid-friendly videos. My kids love watching your videos as soon as they see them, and we watch them together to educate ourselves before fishing. My 5 year old daughter loves swedish fish, so this really made her day! Thanks and keep up the awesome videos!

Have you tried putting fish scent on the candy? In future videos, can you show where/how far out your casting and why you choose to cast there? BTW you're eating chunks of red wax! Ha ha. My son & I are in Wilmington, NC & enjoy surf fishing. In the early AM, does it matter if it's low or high tide?

Been watching you and your family for a while now, unfortunately haven't been able to find the time to get out and fish lately, I'm going to try to get out this weekend weather permitting. I already have some salted baits and even some mountain dew soaked shrimp ready to go, now i have to stop at a deli on my way down to grab some Swedish fish to try as well, can't wait to see the look on my buddies face when he sees me baiting up with some candy, hahaha. Always enjoy watching your content, please keep up the great work. 👍

Oily bait I was told to use, fish have good senses and oily bait travels and it keeps its oilyness... Another great fishing vlog hey skipper ❤🎣🎏
@HeySkipper Жыл бұрын
Thank you very much!
@Daveeeeeeyhowyoudoing Жыл бұрын
Fish can't smell oils, water can't mix with oil. They have a very sensitive olfactory system(what allows everything alive to smell) and the olfactory system has no capability to be able to "smell" oil, not even scientific possible for them to Also oil sits topwater because it has a different density, and doesn't mix into water

Swedish fish can be used for bait when you have saltwater fish that will bite them as well and they can go after anything and the other marine life can always and maryland blue crabs can attack anything on the lines

The profile of the candy can trigger bites, not necessarily the taste. It's tapered and could look like a small fish or sand fleas. Sand fleas don't have that much actions and that would be a perfect imitation.
