Using the 2-Point Placement function on the BERNINA 790 PRO

Disappointed in my machine, my count down of stitches display stopped working so when the thread breaks or I run out of thread I cannot go back. I am 77 years old and am not going to use my wi-fly. I sure hope Bernina comes out with service to fix this.

Hello Pat, we apologize for your disappointment; this great feature should certainly not be broken. You can use the stitch width knob to slowly return to the place you want to restart. See pages 168 and 169 in your manual. Please contact your dealer about this and please feel reassured that if any updates are necessary, they will inform you.

I hope you got this problem fixed. I bought my 790PRO in August 2024 and am still learning how to use it. I find it is a great machine. Good luck to you! 🙂
