Using the Chimney Solar Dryer

I found this while looking for thermal chimney. A project I want to apply in my new home (under construction) to help create airflow without any machine. The concept is the same. I also love dry food, I might try this project.

you can use translucent cotton veil fabric coated with oil if you want to waterproof it and rammed earth structure with recycled wood frame with starch black sand plaster to retain heat

The air in the chimney gets hot, then it rise because hot air rises over fresh air that is lower. At the same time the hot air rises, it tends to leave an empty space, but the less hot air in the lower part of the chimney follow the hot air to take it's space, then it get hot and the cycle continues, moving the air around. I am studying it to apply it in a house to make ventilation without machinery.
