Using the ELMO to record video of lessons

What version of ImageMate are you using and what MacOS version are you using?

I am wondering if you know how to change the preferences for the ELMO if you do not have a projector to be able to see that to change it?

Kyla Driedger I have the same issue. I can’t see the menu so I can’t change it from Mass Storage to Application. Did you find out how to do it?

@@kyladriedger2029 I seems to be a design flaw. You can't get there from here. Unless you have a projector,, you're doomed. And if you are a teacher, I'm guessing you did't grab the mounted projector either. On to the phone camera...

I had left my projector at school, but I had an HDMI cable at home and used that to connect my ELMO to my tv (to use that to have somewhere to view and project the settings on some kind of screen). I was able to view it. Hope that helps as another option.

My wife has iOS Catalina and it saying that it can no longer run a 32 bit application how is she supposed to use imagemate for her Elmo?

You might need to check to see if they have an updated application. This is the frustrating part of tech upgrading.

So of I'm in Google meets can I open a screen and take notes so the students can see from their house

Susana Gomez you should be able to present that window, yes. You might experience a little lag as the computer processes both videos at the same time
