Might want to center lift to body and not the "off set" front wheels (just a thought. Sticking Jack pedal could be one or more problems 1) through pin holes too tight at hinged point, hanging up on pin - 2) weak spring under pedal - 3) seals or wipes too tight on piston. I have found pin pressed into the hinged area twice to be the problem and seals on piston to be too mashed down on another. Good luck.

You have an adjustment screw on the bottle jack that allows the pedal to return so you can pump it up. I adjusted mine

I just use my hand truck to lift my mower & block it up with some 2x6's under the mower's front wheels. It provides enough clearance to remove the blades without the expense of buying a jack.

Move your handle to the outside of your jack assembly to get the proper lift height.

Thanks for the video. I wonder if the spring under the pump peddle needs to be beefed up? That may resolve your pedal issue.

If you spin the mower's frontvwheels around you will have more clearance for the center mower deck wheels.

A couple observations, what would happen if you raise the deck to 2 or 3 inches, wont that clear the metal frame on the jack going under the deck? And 2. I think your supposed to drive machine into jack tight instead of pushing jack on the asphalt. Plus, if you jacked mower up on driveway you could put scrap of 2" x 4" down on ground under rear most point lifting would cause rear metal to dig into board and stabilize heavy mower on the asphalt. Then the experiment would be on the wheel holsters has silver long bolt to hold the back of front tire in why cant you take bolts out, drive mower in replace bolts in back of tires and then lift? Just some thoughts. I have a 2006 Wright Sentar and its 900lbs, really not sure if I trust harbor freight jack to lift mine up, what do you guys think?

Also, do you leave your height regulator set to where you mow at all the time? That would explain jack frame not sliding under. When I'm done mowing I always bring deck up in the air at maximum height for traveling.

Couldn’t you have lifted your deck height to give you more clearance from the table? Or was your deck already at its highest setting?

When using a jack like this do I need the take the emergency brake off my zero turn before jacking it up?

No.you can leave the brake on without harming the mower or the lift.

Lordy, if you have the wheels in reverse position and then out o the jack it will clear the deck and you dont need to reverse the bolt.

I bought this same lift before even getting my zero turn mower. But now I wonder if I really need it when removing three pins can remove the deck?

I no longer use the wheel lifts and just pick the machine up by the deck.

I would caution you using deck to raise unit because at a 45 degree angle all the weight of the machine is on the leading edge of the deck. If it's a fabricated welded deck that's one thing, a stamped deck is quite a bit less heavy built and I wonder how many lifts would it take to bend front deck metal outwards.

I wouldn’t trust my life with any lift from Harbor Freight. That being said I have an old mower lift from Harbor Freight it works great I just don’t get underneath it

He skipped a very important step. How did he get the front wheels into the jack? Did he remove the pins in the jack's wheel holders, push the jack all the way forward, and then replace the pins? Or did he drive the jack over the pins? I assume the former but you need to show this detail in your video.

Good Comment. Once I tried to connect the bar when the wheels were in position but, I had so much trouble clipping the pin I decided to drive over the bar and that worked but, I did not like that. Since this video I do not even use the wheel lift attachment and I just use the center section to hook under the front of the deck by the deck wheels and lift the entire mower that way. Thank you for pointing that detail out.

Doesn't lift high enough for my liking. Plus that center "table" seems like an unecessary obstacle. I honestly think the MoJack XT or Pro is a better choice.

I have been using the jack without the wheel lift. I have been lifting the mower up from the front of the deck. One caution is the back. The back engine/muffler guard can restrict the height when the back plate bottoms out.

The wheels are not very useful. They help move the jack around but, they are not very good for working the lift into the final position.

The pedal fixed itself over time. I figured it had air trapped in it and it burped itself out when it stood upright over time.

DO NOT TRY TO JACK UP YOUR CAR WITH THIS as you foolishly stated. If the device is rated for 750 lbs ... then you do not exceed 750 lbs! A vehicle can be 1500 - 2000 - 2500 total lbs ... variable partial loads according to where jack is placed. If you try this ... go ahead and first pick what color of casket you like before jacking up your car ... with a lawn mower jack.

Yes. I had to open it up, drain it and refill it to burp the air out. Luckly, it was just an issue with being stored in the box too long while upside down.
