I absolutely love the versatility of this machine (single cup without a Kcup to a full carafe...so neat!) but I think I have to try the frother again. The top gets nice and foamy but on the bottom it deflates almost immediately. EDIT: OK, I should update this...the frother WORKS and it pretty awesome LOL but like everything else with fine coffee it takes technique. I pour some milk/half-and-half/whatever into a broad bottomed glass, heat it up in the microwave for a few seconds and then use the frother. You have to HOLD THE FROTHER UNDER THE SURFACE of what you're using. It sounds counterintuitive if you have baking experience and they way to froth eggs is to get the air around it to incorporate, but frothing milk doesn't work like that. Don't pull the head of the frother out of the milk product. Make sure it's circulating around at the top. I finally made some awesome frothy milk with it and it wouldn't have been fair to not update this comment. Super like my Ninja coffee bar. Coolest coffee machine I ever bought. Only would like for there to be temperature options and it's be perfect.

I have this machine and I waited over a year to set it up and get moving, which I wish I wouldn’t have because it’s so nice and easy to use! I love it! And I would recommend Ebay to try and find a machine.. that where I bought mine brand new and half the price👍🏼😁♥️

Great thank you... As another reviewer said, it would have been nice if there was something under the frother to protect the counter.

I love this machine! Only thing I’m a little upset about is the fact you gotta microwave your milk for a hot froth. My old Keurig did it for me. But this ninja specialty is definitely WAY better in regards of taste!
