Just bought a Ninja model CE 250 69. I've followed the directions twice. Unpluged it and started over. No beeps. no nothing. The clock was easy to set, but thats it. It's going back. I'm going to buy one of those $20 models with only an off and on switch. I can load it before bed and turn it on when I get up. Simple but effective.

This video is utterly useless. I only put enough water in mine to make one cup at a time to minimize leaks. If it I filled it up to the top, the whole countertop would be underwater.

Mine didn't soak for 15 minutes. But it did what it needed to and clean light is off.

I just bought a Ninja Model: SS100C for making nut/seed butter. I came across a mentioned coffee/spice-herb grinder. I am damned if I could find it again. But here it is!

I never set the delay or clock. I have had mine for several years and all of a sudden it just functions on its own. The time is always different. I’m tired of walking in the kitchen and finding coffee all over my counter and floor. Now I have to unplug it so as not to worry about the mess.

Warming plate red light turns off after the first cup, about 10 min. It is suppose to turn off after 2 hours ( default) . I talked to Ninja and they wanted to replace the base unit but wanted to charge me $22. for shipping. for a defective unit.? When I asked to speak to a manager, They hung up. The fact that there is a whole thread about the warming plate turning off quickly tells me this is something others have also experienced. Wake up Ninja. Loosing customers.

Does your coffee maker leak? Just wipe it up and forget about it until tomorrow morning. Problem solved

Clean button is lit but clean cycle won't start what I push it..

Wondering if anyone or what Ninja Expertise recommended in regards to how often change the coffee grounds? Would the grounds need to be disposed of after each brew or can I use the same grounds and brew at two different occasions on the same day though?

So, maybe someone can inform me about n how to clean the algae stuck in the plastic stopper at the bottom of the coffee water reservoir.

Hello! I bought a ninja equipment hcer 5 cups of coffee cappuccino yesterday, but today it no longer works for me! What can I do? Do you put the milk in the container and only made 3 RACES and no longer work!

For those who want to know how to REALLY fix the problem, buy a small gasket to put on the water fill container near the plunger. Dimensions are roughly 1" i.d. and 1.25" o.d. and 1/32" thick.

Got a Ninja DualBrew just purchased in 2023 and it will fully drain a full reservoir all over the counter in a few minutes time. No solution.

I received a used one from a family member. It obviously had never been cleaned. So I did a vinegar cleaning, but after about 7 seconds it beeped 5 times, and stopped. I pressed it again, and the same thing happened over and over. I did see a lot of calcium build up in the basket each time though. But it keeps doing the 5 beeping every 7 seconds. Is it a lost cause or am I doing something wrong? I even tried making a cup of coffee after all that and it wouldn't work.

When he says "simply press clean" I simply press clean and the classic brew lights up along with the blinking CLEAN button. I thought the CLEAN button is to light up alone😮. Does yalls machine do the same?

I don’t know what the F…. the guys responsible for this function we’re thinking!!! This is the most screwed up clean feature I have ever seen!! This will not make me a repeat customer!!! I have had so many issues with this stupid operation I’ve nearly on a few occasions thrown it out the door!!!

There is a code on the digital screen that reads "CI n" what does this mean, my machine isn't brewing anything no matter what I do. The clean light is also on but isn't doing anything. Btw I have the warming plate machine.
