This is really interesting info; thanks! You guys are good and definitely enjoyable, but if you two prepared for the video and had talking points (not a script) that you’d previously thought through and had some idea of how you were going to say things you’d be phenomenal! Think about Huberman, for example. He clearly prepares. He’s not reading from a script and the delivery has a steady flow without those ‘slightly’ awkward hesitations or halting moments that are typical in every day conversations. Here’s the thing, this isn’t a typical, every day conversation. Maybe think of your videos as presentations. Before my TBI, I had a career in advertising. If you thought of these episodes as something akin to an ad agency presentation that you want to be slick and professional I think you’d take off. You could be like a duo or team version of Huberman.

Google DIY EMDR - I have moved mountains in healing my nervous system in the last 2 yrs just learning how to do simply the basic EMDR eye movement at every day to day trigger or weird mind state including dissociation. I’m 80% relieved of PTSD symptoms without a therapist’s involvement- so basically for free. DIY micro EMDR for the win my friend. Never had change been more forthcoming with a mind body technology 🙌
