My riffmaster came without the dongle. Got two replacements, neither worked (both were borked, DOA, lmao) BUT IT WORKS WIRED!!! so f-ing gooood

didnt work with the cord that i got with the riffmaster but i switched it to another usb-c and it worked thank you so much!

Could this work on Xbox dev mode and play emulated guitar hero on Xbox 360?

That's a good question! Honestly I'm not too sure but considering it shows up as a 360 controller, it might be worth a try. Just be warned the button inputs might not fully translate over to the 360 properly

I'm thinking it might work if you have the Xbox version of the Guitar (with the adapter), but I don't have one myself to test. I'm considering getting one for this specific purpose, but if it doesn't work, then it'll be wasted. Would be cool if someone tested it properly.

​​​@@wolf397 well as i mentioned in your earlier livestream, i had broken my Riffmaster's dongle's drivers (it just happened when I was reverting the drivers to the original ones, apparently an issue that isn't unheard of) but the solution was, there's this program called Zadig that will allow you to reinstall the correct drivers again, worked like a charm so yeah just some info incase anyone would happen upon the same issue... and I guess also happens upon this youtube comment which now that I think about it quite unlikely, oh well

@@wolf397 well, yes I would but, I realised that someone actually had mentioned that method before, however someone else said that it hadn't worked for them... but it worked for me! So I guess it just requires a bit of luck, these Riffmasters still lacks a lot of information on the ins and outs rn

i cant seem get it to work on yarg but works on clone hero and fnf Edit nvm it works am just slow but thx good sir
