hey Frost how long did the entire play session actually take? Or did you do this over a few days? High comp has basically just been a yo-yo for me. Win 2, lose 3, win 2, lose 1, win 3, lose 2 and so on. The losses always take away more points than the wins give. The whole thing feels rigged.

I don’t understand competitive i was at adept one and needed one more game to ascendant but only got 40 points the next two games and then lost and immediately lost 200+ points and now I just keep going in between adept 2 and 1 pisses me off

This is me right now. The game totally suppresses your ascendance if it feels that you belong in a particular tier. I literally win +12 to +50 per match after playing my little tits off only to lose 150-200 points in a loss where I was the only person to go positive. It is fkin infuriating..

I had a 60% win rate the other season while in adept 1 and it would give me +19 for each win. I lost two games, and it kicked me down to adept 3. I stopped grinding for ascendant after that.

Comp matchmaking is ass for me. 5 out of 7 of my placement matches were against the same two players already ranked Ascendant. And now most game I'm paired with many Untested players against Adepts and Adcendants while I'm currently Platinum.

Countdown on defense is insufferable, you have 3 objectives to defend, and heavy spawns twice in a round, it's such a uphill battle, you're completely fucked if your team wipes first cause of the respawn time.

Hey frost. To answer your question about the glaive buff, its more or less a general fine tuning to the effectivness of glaives and more so a buff to the exotics that pertain around them, like the hunters triton vice for example. Hope this helps

It forces players toward a central location to engage over, without heavy you'd have massively more campy survival games with the team that gets the first pick or two just trying to evade and run out the clock. With that being said GLs are pretty strong with how they can flip the round in the hands of a strong user, although the changes to 6 lives make this less of an issue than with 4 prior

Way way better then overtime damage and a very strong killing wind with a res check on base hc with a potential 2 tap? On a 140

It's great in 6s but in 3s you rarely get chance to make benefit of the thorn perk so it's basically a 140 with decent tag poison. In 3s specifically people want to make more use of team shots so bigger damage 120s are usually better. At least that's what I've found anyway.
