@twilio , Can we send a message to a Whatsapp Group using Conversations , just as you sent a message to a whatsapp number in the demo ? ( Given our number is part of the whatsapp Group ) . And if yes, how do we differentiate whether its a direct message or a group message while sending.

Are you referring to Facebook Messenger? If so, it’s currently not supported in Conversations: www.twilio.com/conversations

@@twilio Okay. So what is the recommended way to hand off a conversation say: From a bot to a human on messenger. I am integrating my Dialog Flow bot with twilio, messenger, the web and whatsapp. I am looking at how best to address the handover process from bot to human
