Using Velcro on toppers/wigs

Many have been asking for my velcro tutorial. I've been wearing toppers for a long time and eventually your scalp will feel sensitive and your temples can hurt. The pulling of clips can also cause traction alopecia. I've seen a lot of people mention sewing velcro onto their toppers and I wanted to try it out. This video will demonstrate velcro sewed in and also used without altering your topper/wig.

Your bio hair is nice. You don’t even need a topper or a wig.

I have very thin hair and I have a difficult time taking the Velcro off of my bio hair at the end of the day. Is there a tip of how to take it out without pulling on bio hair?
