im drawing a classroom that already exists, its not square, how do i make it not square?

I am trying to replicate how this is done and I am having trouble. On an HP laptop, with MS Word.

This video was done with an older version of Word. Your newer version has all of the same features but they are likely in different locations in Word. For example, you'll find the Page Border option under Design instead of Layout.
