Thank you so much for this video! It is nice to hear someone say out loud that you are going to be defeated, because you can't do it Justice and to go ahead and give yourself permission to move things around. Great video, Richard! You always do a wonderful job at simplifying a grand scene and making it magical. 👍 I’m in Alaska, and have similar challenges. I am still working on the simplifying part. I have only been doing Plein air for 4 months, but definitely see huge benefits. Thanks for sharing your painting process here! I just subscribed. I was part of you ‘Complete Artist’ group when I first started painting full time. It was a great way to get started.
