I think even we fmges done internship in India or not...after Amc 1,2 we need to do 1 year mandatory internship in Australian hospital with weekly earnings....the difference in non interns and interns in India is time...the persons who not does Internship in India have some particular timelimit to join Amc pathway like 1-2.5 years after their completionof degree...no fmge exam required if directly indulged with Amc pathway and clearing in this timeline...If Internship goes or completed in India there is no restrictions of timeline for fmges to do amc

Excellent video, Dr Rizwan! I wanted to ask you a question and I would be really grateful if you answer it…After completion of postgraduation in internal medicine in india, what would be the next best step if i want to practise as a 1. GP in australia or 2. Medical subspecialty like gastro or neurology? Thankyou in advance!
@EmergencyFocus
@EmergencyFocus 19 сағат бұрын
For GP you need to compete 3 years of GP traning in India followed by MRCGP exam and then apply for pep pathway or several other standard pathways via amc1 and Pesci after 3 plus years of proper GP experience in home country For training neurology or gastro you need to either complete full specialist training in India and then apply for speciality pathway after minimum of 3 years of consutlant or Sr experience in these fields or do amc and restart your training by doing BPT 3 years and AT 4 + years in chosen fields in medicine
