Islam wasn’t revealed with Mohamed (SAW) it was starts with Adam and all the prophets the message is tawheed and everytime people strayed or deviated the a messenger or prophet would be sent to clarify and call back to tawheed(monethiesm) also none of the other books are in the original form that’s why the Quran is also knows as furqan the criterion affirms the truth and negates what’s false from previous scriptures but ultimately the guidance for mankind till the end of time

Arabic is the language of this deen yes but the mosque is in UK and most of the attendants dont speak arabic of are still learning it so lessons are in enflisb
