Her coach loves her and she loves her coach. The concern for Kája showed clearly in his eyes after her last point. Heartwarming to have this level of understanding between the coach and the player. Rare. And no unnecessary drama going to the coach donkey times during the match. Kája thanked her coach twice after final of FO 2023. She could feel he cared for her from his heart. Cool coach for cool Kája.

Haddad Maia serve isn't big yet she is six feet tall. The commentators didn't point this out. Beatriz serve could be bigger she doesn't even reach 110 miles per hour. Karolina serve is superior.

talent wise, KM is a legit top 5 + player I think. BUT. just can not stay on the court. I think She took off right after US Open so the question is, did her wrist start aching during NYC, - then in China a month later K.M. beat both A. Sabalenka and Q. Zheng... I know ATP star (and slam winner ) Dom Thiem had a wrist, never came back in 2 year attempt.... of course I have zero actual info.......

I think it is more than that. KM is more talented than all the big hitters, she is probably top 3 in talent department and technically the best WTA player. Muchova needs to stay injury free and part of reason she fell short in USO was while she rediscovered her game and got back to her level as previous USO, she actually did not have much time to build on her endurance. So I hope for the off season KM can work on her endurance so she can fulfil her talent as a player for the coming years.
