Too late. I sent two cakes to customers in California from Houston. One finally delivered after 19 days and the other is still MIA and it's been almost a full month. Needless to say I had to process some refunds and bake and resend orders. A complete catastrophe that has cost me hundreds of dollars so far.

Things are worse than you know. I have had a mailbox at Nassau Bay post office for 40 years, there is someone new that is placing mail in boxes, BUT IS OFF BY ONE, so I got someone else's mail, someone else gets mine, multiply this by 1000 post office boxes and everybody is getting the wrong mail. My tax forms are missing, someone else got my mail and those tax forms have important information now subject to identity theft. One incompetent person can really screw things up just by being off by one in placing mail in boxes. I tell the person at front desk and she seems to understand the problem, says it wasn't her but doesn't seem receptive to handling the situation. I have credit cards coming soon, wonder who is going to get them, things are screwed up.

My god, if management doesn't know what they are doing they can at least pretend like they do. You replace the old sorting devices which did work with a new big one that didn't, and nobody checked it first!

I mailed a package from California to Washington DC via priority mail on January 19th. Today is February 6th and it still hasn’t been delivered.

IMO - Our prescription drug company took the opportunity to charge us a lot more for a prescription that got stuck in the Missouri City distribution center fiasco. This was accomplished by issuing a limited emergency supply of 30 days worth of medication (at a local pharmacy owned by the same company) versus the 90 day mail order price. That should be considered an illegal monopoly in my opinion.

A number of years ago I actually got a piece of mail postmarked 7 years prior from the Houston Post Office! I cant believe they actually delivered it after all that time. I kept it for a long time. I was in complete disbelief as to why they would even bother. Wonder where it was all those years lol?!

This isn’t just happening in Houston it’s happening everywhere else as well. I blame the leadership the Top Brass. They are the reason for all these delays now. The problem is with that stupid idiot who’s in charge they don’t want to fix these issues.

@@daddyrabbit835 Even so. Their service is still deficient in comparison to UPS, FEDEX and other private mail carriers. My neighbors and I are delivering each other packages because USPS keep delivering to the wrong mailboxes.
