Last time they did a street observation. They ask for my license so I ask for there’s and they refused so I refused too. 😂😂

Yeah as long as you're aware of your surroundings some offices don't care but yes higher ups are by the book on everything

My supervisor has it in for me so one day she was following me and she thought she didn't noticed so I called the cops and said someone was following me then 4 squad cars surrounded her car lol Of course I got yelled at and I just told them and my union steward that I thought someone supsicious was following me. They haven't followed me since LMAO

Yea, I got cited on a street observations for wearing a Bluetooth while driving, even though it's state law to do so. I also didn't honk while backing up, on a dead end street (3 house long), pulled into a drive way to back up, looked in both directions, and checked my mirrors before backing up. Mind you this was a day after a snow storm, when no one is outside either. So safety wasn't being threatened, but they cited me for it.

It takes what it takes. Just joined the nalc this week and my office has two ptf’s converting to another office so more work for us CCA’s, I think :-)

I’ve been observed once in the last few weeks. I’ve had one coworker that has been observed 3 times in the same time. He asked the supervisor in question if he was being targeted. He said I guess I’ll see you again in a few weeks. The supervisor said it would probably be in a month. I guess this is a new “directive” from national. Apparently they are going out to do observations in areas that have a higher “accident” rates.

My buddy is a carrier and he sent me a text saying he was stopped by one of those people. He's been hanging around me to much because he got into it with this guy lol. I don't like being watched like that and he saw me get into it with 204B's last year when I was at the plant lol. He grilled this guy. He was like why the hell are you watching and following me around lol. You think you can do better, this shit isn't easy and I'm going by your stupid rules lol. he said dude I've been hanging around you way to much because I just laid into this guy lol. I said good maybe next time he'll think twice about approaching you like that.

I fucking hate driving routes because of this. My office is all driving. I get loaned out to a bigger city next door often and it's all walking. It's impossible to safely make up time if I miss a turn on a route I've never done before, have to backtrack for a missed package, or have a lot of big package dismounts on a section. Walking route, I can just walk faster. But if I'm on an all driving route I've never done before, when I get on a stretch with no weird turns or long distances between boxes, it's about no seatbelt, fingering the mail while I'm driving, having it ready to throw in the box when I get to it and not even coming to a complete stop. I'll gladly be safer when they stop expecting a 6 month in CCA who is mostly loaned out to other offices and barely knows the routes in his home office to case and carry a route in the same time as a regular and blows my personal phone up whenever I look like I've fallen behind causing me to take even more time because I have to stop to answer the phone. I love this job btw I just wish supervisors had more realistic expectations. It's so contradictory. Do this route you've never done before that the regular would probably aux out a section and a half of with 140 packages...but be safe. Fuck outta here.

Bro, they’ve been out there following me 3x in the past 30 days. I just started my second year as CCA. The big thing in our office is they don’t want us wearing headphones or ear buds. I wear shokz which don’t even go in your ear but still take them out when I see them.

You work your pace they can’t tell you are slow tell them I am trying that’s it . Call EEOC tell them you are being harassed. Just know they track you everday and they know if you are stationary If they ask why tell them you were working ✌️that’s it.
