PHRN and USRN halos same lang ng workload, salary lang ang pinagkaiba. Agree ako na pinakamalaking factor yung TL lalo if nag mmicromanage. Malaki ang impact sa buong team lalo na sa individual na naapektohan. Almost lahat naman ng work stressful and toxic esp healthcare industry pero if maganda work environment at nagtutulungan sana, ang sarap siguro mag work nun kahit pagod. Kaya need din imanage ang sarili para hindi maapektohan at alam paano ihandle ang mga katoxican.

Time to time nag iiba offer nila, minsan ok yung X company sa ibang months naman mas ok na yung Y company so best bet is to check their offers sa jobstreet kasi iba iba talaga. = iba iba ang salary/sign-in-bonus/contract/bond/toxic or madali na account. Pag nag window shopping ka ng trabaho dun mo lang talaga macocompare, unless, may kilala ka na nag tatrabaho at matatanong mo sila sa first hand experience nila.
