The S Korean team looked really good. The were technically superior and one of the few teams who can make the US chase the ball around ( Japan, France). I expect them to be in the top 4 or 5 by WC 2015. I'm very impressed.

I'm a baller, but i always find myself watching USA women's team in action. They can man handle or i mean woman handle any team. Koreans are not easy to beat, as they are good in defense and often use counter attacks. But they beat them in style & make it look sOO easy. I don't blame the Korean goalkeeper, because those rockets even two of them couldn't have stopped them.

In fact I think both teams' defenders were really slow in this game, else there would be no 1-4. This match was played at AMATEUR level. Normal women's games have from ZERO to ONE goal, and this WITH THE STRUGGLE. Just so that you know what being good at defending is. As for the Korean goalie, she was fouled in the 0-1 phase (just 3rd minute), so what psychology is she going to play with for the rest of the match? With cold criteria she was crap.

The men's Olympics is a youth tournament, though our failing to qualify was still a very bad thing. The biggest difference between the men's and women's game is goaltending. Female goalkeepers can't cut it against men. Tim Howard would stop virtually any WNT shot.
