This result and the performance, saves Gregg Berhalter's Job. It's only a Friendly and you shouldn't as a Fan make things worst for your team. It is useful sometimes to give the Coaching Staff opportunities such as the loss against Columbia to fix somethings. I think the defense and goalkeeper can benefit a lot from the 5-1 Again, either the 5-1 or the 1-1 are only Friendlies, you must give the Team the opportunity to continue building.

Honestly, US should have won that game. I saw the xG after the game and I don't know where they get those numbers from but the US had more and better chances. All of Brazil's chances came from the same left sided run shooting across the keeper, which Turner became wise to after the first goal.

Good call by the ref on seeing Richards actually got a foot on the ball instead fould/yellow. But, however, FIFA rules on VAR say the only things that can be reviewed are Penalty/non penalty decisions, goals and straight red cards. @@lowercentenary It's at home and notice, most of our starting forward and midfield lines in the 4-3-3 setup Berhalter has been experimenting with are teammates of the guys who play at big clubs. We have some top 50 players in their positions. Reyna is struggling now but he is very dangerous on his day... US definitely has the quality to make a quarterfinal, semi is unlikely. Matching the 2002 WC result is definitely possible at home in 2026.

Tbf Brazil have been god awful lately. If they continue this form I'd be surprised if they even qualify for the world cup. It's at least a step in the right direction tho, I think this should be yet another sign that we need to get rid of Berhalter.
