He has yearned to create his own version of Quebec under a socialistic paradise to combat the bourgeoisie dictatorship of that of Canada. Raising concern from the United States in the south, the People's Republic of Quebec built a wall alongside the New England Border and is now developing specialized weapons that can jeopardize the security of North Eastern America. 20 years later, the People's Republic of Quebec has finally managed to overperform Canada alongside the rest of the Communist bluc, leading a Soviet Union victory by default. The People's Republic of Quebec has seized New England and managed to create a puppet state under the leadership of Bill Swanson going by the name "Union of New England". The People's Republic of Quebec still remains the most economically prosperous country in North America, rivalling that of the Mexican Empire.
