I am grateful to my father that he was the favourite desciple of the ustad's favourite desciple Pandit Ramkrishna Basu 🙏 From very childhood I got all the talims and bandishes that my father Late Pandit Ashis Chatterjee got from his guruji Pandit Ramkrishna Basu 🙏 And a lucky one I am that I got all the concert and even the practices of the Legend from my father I converted those from casset to DVD 📀 THAT'S AN AMIR KHANI LIBRARY 🙏

Don't think so.. Amit khan sahib was quite older to Bhimshen ji.. kalavati is quite ancient raag and Kalashree might also be coming after that

This is also called raag janasammohini..a carnatic import ...his biography by his students annotates this composition filed rightly under janasammohini

Ustad Aamirkhanji is stalwart of Hindustani music; while the raag Kalashree is composed by Pt. Bhimsenji, and he calls ustadji as his fan. This is interesting that both the masterio's are singing in their own stile is aappreciable! (Prof.Prakash Mahajan, Jalgaon, M. S)

nandakumar kurudi You are right.But Amir khan saheb used to sing it as Kalashri and it is different from Kalashri by Bhimsenji. I have no right to change the artist's version.
