What a magical rendition of the King of Ragas! We heard Khan Shaheb singing this raga in 1989 at a Baithak at Wolverhampton and it was truly an unforgettable evening. Now I am listening to it again and I am witnessing the same unique presentation. What a delivery of raga Darbari!. I feel Khan Shaheb is singing in front of us and we can speak to him. Truly he is the gem of our country. We are so fortunate and are blessed to have Khan Shaheb amongst us at Wolverhampton for quite a number of times between 1989 and 2002 . Khan Shaheb's raga 'Bageshree' is another outstanding rendtion and it remains unique, incomparable and inimitable. Many thanks to Rajuji for uploading this unique presentation and sharing it with us. Sir, I had heard His Rag Lalit in !978 on Indore Radio,I never heard Such Lalit there after ,I thought some day I will get it on KZbin but this is now 2018 till now I couldnt locate,If you or your colleagues has it pl upload , he has sung it heavenly , i must say.
